In-House Warranty and *AUTOCHECK*

All vehicles offered from Ticehurst Motors are subject to a rigorous *AUTOCHECK* inspection, which assesses their suitability for inclusion into our approved used car program. This gives our customers the peace of mind and reassurance we feel they deserve when purchasing a vehicle from us.

• Our vehicle inspectors check that the vehicle documents relate to the vehicle being inspected, are free from any major incident, and are genuine.
• HPI (higher purchase investigation) checks are completed on all cars for sale. We will provide you with the certificate upon purchase of your new vehicle.
• All vehicles will be serviced according to Ticehurst Motors service specification prior to purchase / delivery.

All our cars are covered by Ticehurst Motors’ in-house warranty scheme. We do this to reassure our customers that should an issue ever arise, we are able to deal with it ourselves without passing you onto another warranty claims company. You will be dealt with quickly, efficiently and in the most professional way, as you should be. More importantly, unlike other dealers, we don’t up-sell warranties; our warranty is included directly within the screen price.
